It still shows failure when my phone has actually been connected to the AP hotspot of my camera?

  1. On your phone, click on system【Settings】-【WLAN】;
  2. As follows, ensure that the WiFi your phone is being connected to is exactly the AP hotspot of the camera, which should be the same as the camera's UID;
  3. Click on the current WiFi item that your phone is being connected to. When it shows the WiFi details page, please click on the button 【Forget network】 or 【Delete network】;
  4. Reconnect your phone to the WiFi that you forgot or deleted just now(The hotspot of your camera);
  5. Ensure that your phone is being exactly connected to the hotspot of the camera.
    As follows, if your phone shows "This WLAN network has no internet access. Connect anyway?", please select 【CONNECT】 or 【Stay connected】(Some phones may also shows "Can't connect to Internet through WLAN. Do you want to switch to other network?", please select 【CANCEL】).
    (Please keep your phone connected to the AP hotspot of the camera during the process of WiFi setup.
  6. Go back to the APP. Switch to the page of WiFi setup, click on the button 【Connected to the AP already】
